All of my photographs are protected by copyright law and may not be used without paying for them.Violation of the Copyright Act subjects the infringer to both civil and criminal penalties.
Stealing photographs from me is a crime that I take very seriously.That is why I watermark my photos with “COPYRIGHT © JCRABB PHOTOGRAPHY DO NOT DUPLICATE”.
This means that you are not allowed to copy, print, scan, take a picture of or otherwise reproduce or alter my photos in any way. You cannot use them on a personal web page including, but not limited to, “Facebook”, “MySpace” or any other social networking web sites without paying for them.
Personal use digital downloads are available from my website as a “Full size digital file” at a very reasonable prices.
Pursuant to Title 17 U.S.C. §504(c)(2), you could be liable for statutory damages in the amount of $150,000 for each instance of willful infringement, including my lost profits, actual and consequential damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. I will seek additional criminal prosecution if necessary.
